We offer you the Malossi cylinder kit, with full 180cc capacity for the Yamaha YZF-R125 and MT 125 from 2014 onwards.

The Malossi "Force Master" control unit is included with four stored programs and the possibility of fine adjustment of the mixture in every load range.

± 20% control possibility for the three load ranges: min/medium/max
RPM limiter : + 1.800 RPM (Original 10.000 - Malossi 11.800)

Map "0": Recommended when the engine is completely in original condition.
Map "1": Recommended if only the Malossi 180cc cylinder is used.
Map "2": Recommended by Malossi when a sports exhaust (without catalytic converter) and a race air filter is used in addition to the cylinder
Map "3 Full-Race-Map": 180cc cylinder kit, sport exhaust, race air filter & sharp camshaft from Malossi.

Technically the cylinder kit offers a stroke of 58.6 mm, a bore of 63 mm, thus a theoretical displacement of 182.58 cm³ and a compression ratio of 1:10.6. The kit includes the cylinder with aluminium-silicon alloy, the ignition unit, a reinforced compact piston, piston rings (chrome, cast iron and stainless steel oil scraper ring), gudgeon pin clips and a gasket set.
