Pneumatic exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 125 engine. Most people will have noticed on their 125cc Aprilia RS that when the engine is de-throttled the power is suddenly released at around 8000 rpm by opening the exhaust slide. As this power delivery is not appreciated by everyone, Italkit has added this pneumatic slider to its program. Technically the product is quite undemanding as it only changes the stroke of the valve slide via the exhaust pressure. However, this has many positive effects on the characteristics of the engine. Especially in the speed range between 5000-6000 rpm the performance is improved. The handling of the bike becomes much easier and because of the constantly increasing performance level, engine parts are stressed more gently.
