Exhaust system Radical Racing GP Carbon FORCE Honda CBR 125 from 2011, with EG-BE

Modified form of the Radical Racing GP carbon with new end cap. We have designed the end cap of the GP-Carbon FORCE in an angular modern look. The internal structure has been slightly modified compared to the GP Carbon "standard", which brings advantages in terms of Euro4 emission values and also slight improvements in the sound of the exhaust system. However, the scope of delivery and the quality have not changed. We still offer finest stainless steel welding from Spain, a lasered RADICAL logo, stainless steel pipes incl. preparation for the catalytic converter and all assembly material.

Of course, the Radical Racing GP-Carbon FORCE also has an EG-BE according to Euro3 standard for Honda CBR 125, which means that the exhaust can be used legally on European roads, provided the catalytic converter and dB-killer are installed.

Assembly instructions

1. The exhaust system is NOT mounted on the inside of the footrest and center mount like the original exhaust, but on the outside!
2. DO NOT tighten the manifold directly, just tighten the nuts/bolts. The manifold must be able to be "turned/moved" for the correct fit of the exhaust system.
3. The rear silencer MUST be pushed over the intermediate pipe as far as it will go.
4. The Honda CBR is very susceptible to an incorrect mounting angle of the exhaust system, and seems not to fit. It may be necessary to twist the manifold / intermediate pipe / rear muffler together in the assembled state so that the mounting points can be reached.
5. As soon as the exhaust is in place at all mounting points, tighten the screws from front (manifold) to rear.
6. The front spoiler has to be cut down about 1cm in the area of the catalytic converter, we recommend to use a sharp cutter.
7. Springs at the end Insert
