Return Instructions for International Customers (EU)
If you would like to return a product from another EU country, as Germany and Austria , please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and fast processing of your return.
1. What items can you return?
- Only unused items in their original, undamaged packaging
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product
- For defective items: Please email us in advance with photos before returning the item
2. What items cannot be returned?
- Used or installed products
- Items with damaged, missing or heavily soiled packaging
- Tuning parts: Once installed or used, these are excluded from returns or warranty due to their intended use in racing applications. Always inspect such items before installation. If unsure, contact us at [email protected].
3. What must be included with your return?
- The complete product with all accessories
- A completed return form including your bank account details (Download return form here also valid for radicalracing orders)
- A copy of your original invoice
- If applicable: Short defect description, vehicle data, and your contact details
4. Return deadline
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
5. Who pays for the return shipping?
- All return shipments must be sent at your own expense. We do not accept postage due (unpaid) parcels.
- Exception: If the item is defective or a mistake occurred on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs – after prior consultation and approval by email.
6. How long does the return process take?
Return processing may take up to 21 days from the day the parcel reaches us.
