Shipping and payment terms

Delivery time information generally applies to deliveries within Germany. The respective delivery time is visible in the shopping cart before completing the order. For express shipments, the delivery time is one business day. Information on delivery times for shipments abroad can be found on this page alongside the shipping cost details of the respective shipping provider (points 2 - 4).

If you order multiple items from us as part of one order, which have different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, provided no other agreement has been made with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment corresponds to the longest delivery time for an item in your order.

Information on calculating the latest delivery date:
The delivery period begins, in the case of prepayment, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day shall replace such a day.

Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries, additional fees (import VAT, customs duties, etc.) may apply. These costs and fees are country- and product-specific and cannot be listed separately.

Payment Terms

Prepayment

You order your goods via our online shop with prepayment and receive the necessary payment details via email. Simply transfer the invoice amount to the bank account we provide. Once the payment is received, we will ship your goods.

PAYPAL

When paying via PayPal, you must have a valid PayPal account. This payment service is a subsidiary of the auction platform EBAY. Payment is quick and easy by entering your email address and personal PayPal password. PayPal has become a popular payment method in global online trade and is accepted by thousands of online shops worldwide. If you have registered with PayPal, payments are directly deducted by PayPal from your bank account or charged to your stored credit card. A PayPal account can also be topped up like a prepaid phone card through transfers. The advantage of a PayPal payment is that the payment data is immediately verified, and the transaction is approved. This means we can ship your goods directly without waiting for the payment to be received. Additionally, both buyers and sellers are protected against fraud up to a value of €500. Konstantin Knapp has been a verified PayPal account holder since 2006. For more information, visit http://www.paypal.de.
